Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 109(RES) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Hudson: Page 3, line 18: Delete "property or" Insert "property," Page 3, line 19, following "regulations": Insert ", or from collecting data relating to claims of economic harm arising from the closure of the park and preserve to commercial fishing" Representative Hudson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 109(RES) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
